popartiest en kunstschilderGeboren en getogen in mediastad Hilversum, was er voor mij geen twijfel mogelijk,
ik wilde popzanger worden, en het lukte. En was ik jarenlang met mijn tweelingbroer Hans, een bekend gezicht op radio en tv in binnen - en buitenland.
Met de groepen CHIPS en NUMERO UNO, geproduceerd door o.a. Bolland en Bolland, waren wij vaak op tournee in het buitenland, waar ik als er even tijd overbleef, tussen optredens door artclasses volgde op een avondacademie en bij bevriende kunstenaars. Ook volgde ik een grafische vakopleiding in Utrecht. En daarbij werkte ik jarenlang op reclamebureaus, als illustrator.
Als beeldend kunstenaar schilder ik ook in opdracht, hoofdzakelijk in acryl op linnen. Ook in grote formaten, realistisch en abstract.
Ik geef ook workshops!! Figuratief en abstract. Workshop van 1 dag € 300,- p.p.
( max. 3 personen) Workshop van 2 dagen € 550,- p.p. Prijzen zijn inclusief gebruik van materialen als verf, penselen en linnen doek, ook inclusief koffie, thee en lunch.

Biography Rob Keller - Art painter/light painter and pop artist
I was born and raised in Hilversum, the media town of the Netherlands. So it was a natural choice for me that I wanted to become a pop singer. Together with my twin brother Hans, I pursued this dream and we succeeded. For many years we were well known faces and voices on television and radio, at home and abroad.
With the groups CHIPS and NUMERO UNO (produced by Bolland & Bolland) we frequently went abroad, on tour. During many of these trips I felt the need to develop my other great passion, painting. I’d gone to school to become a graphic designer and had worked as an illustrator, before singing took over my professional life. So I started to take art classes, whenever I had some spare time between performances, to develop my skills as a painter.
I paint also on commission, mainly in acrylic on canvas. I've done a lot of large format, realistic and abstract ones. Phone +31 (0) 6 30201313
